- Call to order: Establishment of quorum and approval of minutes from December meeting.
- Introduction: Alachua Management Services, new management provider for Green Leaf.
- Proposal: Shall Green Leaf board request Alachua County install a speed table on eastbound SW 45th Ave.?
Background: At the annual meeting, a resident noted that speeding often occurs on this section of 45th. According to Alachua County, such requests must be made by an HOA. If Alachua County approves this request, the HOA may be required to pay materials costs.
- Proposal: Shall all future proposed budgets include year-to-date costs for current year?
Background: This would make our annual budgets more useful by comparing budget estimates to actual spending.
- Proposal: Shall Green Leaf HOA pay for street cleaning?
Background: Alachua County is responsible for sweeping streets but has not done so. This proposal would allow Green Leaf HOA to contract with a service for an annual street sweeping.
- Board Vacancy: Shall homeowner Tawanna Hines be appointed to the vacant seat on the board of directors?
- Community Yard Sale: Set date for next yard sale event
- Next Meeting: Set tentative date for meeting in April
