About the Annual Members Meeting

The annual meeting allows all members to propose changes to the Green Leaf HOA restrictive covenants and bylaws. The annual meeting requires a quorum of 30 percent of members (122) present, voting either in person, via Zoom, or by proxy.

• Submitting Proposals: Proposals may be submitted to info@greenleafhoa.com or by using the online contact form.
• Voting: Every property in Green Leaf is assigned one vote.
• Proxies: Proxy documents will be sent two weeks before the annual meeting. Proxies must be signed and dated by an authorized person and received prior to the meeting.
• Election of Directors: Owners may nominate any person (including themselves) for membership on the board of directors. Directors need not be members of the Association. If there are no nominations, or if voting cannot occur due to lack of quorum, the present board of directors will remain.
