The Green Leaf HOA board of directors has approved a budget for 2026 with an annual assessment fee of $95, up from $91 in 2025. A copy of the approved budget will be mailed to all owners and posted to this website once available.
HOA fees are due on June 1 and are considered overdue if received after June 30. Overdue fees may be subject to interest charges. Statements will be mailed to all owners in May 2026.
