The Development Review Committee approved the final plan and plat for the Tara Vista Subdivision at its meeting. The plan will go to the county commission for approval at a meeting on August 8. Highlights of the presentation:
- There will be a 15-foot buffer and a 6-foot fence separating the development from homes on SW 46th Avenue. These will be added during phase two of construction.
- SW 69th Terrace will be extended to the south during the second phase, and this new section will have an additional speed table.
- Construction traffic is likely to travel along SW 69th Terrace.
