- By Mail: Make check or money order payable to Green Leaf Homeowners Association and send to PO Box 310, Alachua, FL 32616. Please write your account number on your payment.
- By Phone: Call 386-462-9004 and provide your account number or unit address. Payments may be made by debit card (+ charge based on amount), credit card (+ charge based on amount) or bank account (+ $2.95).
- Via Online Banking: If your bank provides online bill payment, send to Green Leaf Homeowners Association, PO Box 310, Alachua, FL 32616, 386-462-9004. Please enter your account number in the space provided.
- Pay Online: Visit https://payments.gozego.com/index_out.php?pm_id=108090255. Enter your account number and use the “Create your account” function to get started. Payments may be made by debit card (+ charge based on amount), credit card (+ charge based on amount) or bank account (+ $2.95).
Current Fee
For 2025, the HOA fee is $91 per year.
When to Pay
HOA fees are due on June 1 and are considered overdue if received after June 30. Overdue fees may be subject to interest charges.
How Fees Are Used
- Maintenance of all common areas
- Expenses for community management, bookkeeping, insurance, legal services, landscaping and repairs
- Reserve fund for unexpected expenses
